does the job, but has a design flaw January 5, 2010 Levis_mama (atlanta, ga) This fit just fine and was easy to put on the stroller. It DOES work in the newborn/toddler configuration prvided the stroller's sun shade fits over your toddler in the upper seat. If your toddler is so tall that you have to keep the shade back in the newborn/toddler configuration, then this is useless until your infant can ride in the infant/toddler configuration. As others have stated, the cover does fog up fairly quickly but not so much that the kids can't see out. The major design flaw is the toggle at the bottom of the cover. It's a PITA to undo quickly to let the kids out. Why P&T didn't use a velcro strap there, I'll never know.
Storm Cover October 16, 2009 Biking It (Florida) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
Could not get a cover for our double Trek Go-Bug - they no longer make a rain cover - and this was the only one big enough to possibly work - the velcro fit OK even though the brand is different and it keeps the kids dry so suited our purpose without having to remake. Likely works even better on a Phil and Ted Sport Double.
Does the trick September 10, 2009 Courtney N. Hamilton (Weinheim, Germany) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
The rain cover does a pretty good job of keeping the kids dry. It does have a couple of drawbacks, it is almost impossible to get it on and have it stay in place. The part that covers the child in back has velcro on the sides and it is often pulled so tight that the velcro comes undone. Also, there are two openings right where your hands would be to hold the handle of the stroller and push, but these never seem to line up with the handle, instead the openings just let water in on the child in back. It was worth purchasing though because its the only thing that will fit the awkward shape of the stroller and for the most part the children stay dry.
Fogs up way too quickly March 31, 2009 asildoh (ct) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
I purchased this cover specifically for going to wet and windy Ireland. I was going for 4 months so knew it would come in handy! It does what its supposed to do ie keep the wind and rain out but it fogs up very quickly, which kind of freaked me out as I thought the children weren't getting enough air (the stroller was in the infant-toddler mode). Also you cannot quickly access the children - there should be a zipper or something like that to access the toddler quickly in the front, much easier to access the infant at the back.
Great product January 24, 2009 L. Frock (Wiesbaden, Germany, APO) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Just awesome! Very worth the price, can't beat the fact that it snaps on to the stroller, baby can't kick it up or toss it off!
